His divine power has granted to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of him who called us to his own glory and excellence, by which he has granted to us his precious and very great promises, so that through them you may become partakers of the divine nature, having escaped from the corruption that is in the world because of sinful desire. For this very reason, make every effort to supplement your faith with virtue, and virtue with knowledge, and knowledge with self-control, and self-control with steadfastness, and steadfastness with godliness, and godliness with brotherly affection, and brotherly affection with love. For if these qualities are yours and are increasing, they keep you from being ineffective or unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. (2 Peter 1:3-8 ESV)
“Do you believe this? That God loves you beyond worthiness and unworthiness, beyond fidelity and infidelity, that he loves you in the morning sun and the evening rain, that he loves you without caution, regret, boundary, limit or breaking point?”
Trouble and anguish have found me out, but your commandments are my delight. (Psalm 119:143 ESV)
I thank You for giving me a voice to use, a breath to breathe, and friends who love me for me. I ask You to forgive me for my sin and misconduct wherever it arises, and ask You to help me to walk in Your Love. I ask all this in Your name,
Cast your burden on the Lord, and he will sustain you; he will never permit the righteous to be moved. (Psalm 55:22 ESV)
Do you not know that you are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit dwells in you? (1 Corinthians 3:16 ESV)
Hear, O Lord, when I cry aloud; be gracious to me and answer me! (Psalm 27:7 ESV)
Whether you realize it or not, you’re constantly surrounded by opportunities. The difference between successful people and unsuccessful people is that successful people:
SEE the opportunity
SENSE the opportunity, and
SEIZE the opportunity in faith.
If you don’t know how to do these three things, you’ll never be as effective as God wants you to be. You might think you’re stuck in your current circumstances, but you can develop the skills to take what you’ve got and make the most of the opportunities around you.
Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things. (Philippians 4:8 ESV)
NO MORE STINKING THINKING!!!!!
But the Lord is faithful. He will establish you and guard you against the evil one. (2 Thessalonians 3:3 ESV)
